John Cena Provides Health Update, WWE Diva Hosting Big Party For Her First Single

"That banged up wheel is starting to come around. Gonna test it out tomorrow with a bit of squatting rehab. We will see how it goes."
He then posted the following this morning after working out at the Hard Knocks South gym in Tampa:
