- As noted earlier, Jake "The Snake" Roberts underwent cancer surgery yesterday. Roberts noted that he won't know if the growth is gone or has spread until tests come back. Jersey Championship Wrestling (JCW) announced earlier this week that despite the surgery, Roberts plans to return to the ring at JCW's event on Friday night, March 14th in Edison, NJ. - WWE Hall of Famer Dory Funk Jr. will team with Johnny Magnum & Shane Chung to face Hector Alicea, Moose McNamara & "Bulldog" Michaels at this Saturday's !BANG! TV Taping at the the !BANG! TV Sound Stage in Ocala, Florida. Show time is 7:00pm with doors opening at 6:15pm. Also at the event, Hollywood Heather defends the Women's Championship against Jessica "Power-House" Hill. - Ring of Honor Wrestling announced a partnership with New Japan Pro-Wrestling to present the following two super shows in May:

* GLOBAL WARS: May 10th in Toronto at the Ted Reeve Arena
* WAR OF THE WORLDS: May 17th in New York City at the Hammerstein Ballroom
