Update On If Samuray Del Sol Is WWE Bound Following Last Night's EVOLVE IPPV

DGUSA champion Johnny Gargano defeated Samuray Del Sol, who is expected to join WWE developmental next month, at last night's EVOLVE iPPV to retain the DGUSA Championship. Prior to the match, EVOLVE teased in their newsletter that if Del Sol won the title, he would stay with the company to defend it.

The statement in the newsletter read:

"We know about the rumors about Del Sol and WWE. If Del Sol wins the title tonight, he will stay in DGUSA/EVOLVE and return to defend it. We could see the buzzworthy start of the Summer Of Del Sol tonight!"
