WWE Main Event Recap (W/ Video): Orton Vs. Cesaro, 3MB Vs. Gabriel & Usos, More

Welcome to the WrestlingINC.com WWE Main Event Recap.

- Michael Cole welcomes us to the show during crowd shots. Randy Orton's music hits and he makes his entrance. JBL is on color with Cole. Antonio Cesaro is introduced.

Randy Orton vs. Antonio Cesaro

They lock up and fight to a stalemate in the corner. Orton gets the advantage on the mat and they exchange mat holds. Orton sends Cesaro in but Cesaro hits a shoulder block off the ropes. Orton answers with a reverse elbow and keeps Cesaro down with strikes and gets 2. Cesaro comes back with shoulders in the corner to Orton and knocks him to the floor as we go to a commercial.

Cesaro is in control in the ring with a headlock on the mat as we return. Cesaro stays in control with a knee to the gut of Orton and gets 2. Cesaro with a double foot stomp and another 2. Cesaro hits his patented gut-wrench for 2. Orton rolls to the floor to escape the onslaught but Cesaro goes out for more punishment. Cesaro drops Orton across the security wall and waits for Orton in the ring as the ref counts.

Orton makes it back in and Cesaro goes right in for a cover but Orton stays alive. They trade uppercuts in the center of the ring. Orton takes control with clotheslines and his patented powerslam. Cesaro counters the ropes-DDT and knocks Orton to the apron. Cesaro tries to German Suplex Orton to the floor but Orton elbows him off. Orton flies off with an elbow attempt but Cesaro moves and Orton flies into the barricade as we go to break.

Back from a short break as Cesaro flies off the top and gets caught with a dropkick to the face in the ring. Orton goes in for the cover but only gets 2. More back and forth. Orton kicks Cesaro in the head up top and hits a superplex to the Swiss superstar. Orton makes the cover but Antonio kicks out. Cesaro takes over in the corner and applies an armbar on the mat. Randy screams in pain but won't give. Orton crawls and reaches the ropes.

Cesaro unloads with bodyshots by the ropes and the ref pulls him off. Orton hits the ropes-DDT and coils. Cesaro avoids the RKO and hits his uppercut for 2. Antonio adjusts his neck but Orton hits the RKO out of nowhere for the win.

Winner by pin: Randy Orton

- The RAW Rebound is shown with John Cena and (The) Ryback.

- We go to footage of Brock Lesnar destroying Triple H's office. Hunter and Brock will be face-to-face this Monday.

- 3MB make their entrance in the arena. We see footage from last week of Justin Gabriel pinning Heath Slater. Gabriel is out next. He introduces his partners: The Usos.

- Back from a break as we see footage of, and a twit pic of the welts on Sheamus' back after getting whipped by Mark Henry on RAW. Their match at Extreme Rules will be a Strap Match.

3MB vs. Justin Gabriel & The Usos

Jinder starts off with Jey. Jey does some breakdancing and tags in Justin Gabriel. Gabriel applies an armbar and quickly tags Jimmy. Drew McIntyre tags in as Cole and JBL completely ignore the match and talk amongst themselves about JBL's previous strap matches and Cole's country whipping match. More tags from both teams without any decisive advantage. Slater pulls the rope down and Jinder sends Jey to the floor as we go to break.

Jinder is in control in the ring as Jey fights back. Mahal tags Slater who floats like a butterfly as he sticks Jey with shots to the face. Gabriel and Jimmy rally the fans in the corner as Jey creates an opening and tags his brother. Drew is in as well. Jimmy speeds things up and hits a Samoan Drop on Drew and then the Running Stinkface but Drew kicks out.

Jimmy tags in Justin who comes in with a crossbody to Drew and proceeds to fly around the ring. Justin hits a springboard moonsault but Drew kicks out. 3MB try to leave but Gabriel and then Jimmy both dive onto them over the top. Gabriel sends Drew back in but Jinder breaks the cover. Jimmy hits a superkick to Jinder, Slater DDT's Jimmy, Jey superkicks Slater, Drew takes Jey's head off with a kick, Gabriel hits a tilt-a-whirl DDT to Drew and goes up top for the 450 for the win.
