- Mike Adamle is training to compete at the Ironman Triathlon World Championships on October 10th in Hawaii. Adamle is raising money for the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund, which provides assistance to retired NFL players. The triathlon consists of a 112 mile bike ride, a 26.2 mile run and a 2.4 mile swim.

- WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin will be appearing on the UK TV show Soccer AM this coming Saturday morning to promote the movie Damages.

- As noted before, Sherri Shephard of ABC's The View will be hosting an episode of WWE's Monday Night RAW next month. Sherri will be promoting her new TV sitcom titled Sherri, which debuts on the Lifetime network October 5th.
