People Magazine has an article noting Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls will sing America the Beautiful at WrestleMania XXV. The magazine also mentions that Kid Rock will sing a "medley of his songs" at the event, which was announced on Raw last night.
As reported yesterday, Variety had a lot of WWE coverage, discussing WWE delivering the male demographics , and the company's Ancillary growth. Some of the things noted in the reports were the following:
* The WWE Kids Magazine made a profit in its first year.
* Sci-Fi and WWE are working together to re-brand the ECW series.
* The WWE Home Video Division grew 9%, even with the current recession and problems with distributor Genius.
* Without spending major money to develop their social networking website, the WWE Universe, WWE has over 320,000 users on the site.
