Edge got back in the ring and started to climb the ladder, but Taker brought him down and Edge hit him with a spear out of nowhere. Edge then hit Undertaker with two more unprotected chair shots to the head. Ugh. Edge put Taker's head on a chair and grabbed another chair, but Taker nailed Edge with a lowblow as Edge was about to hit him.
Undertaker chokeslammed Edge off the ring apron onto a ladder setup outside the ring from the ring apron to the barrier. As Taker started climbing the ladder to win the match, Edge's jobber friends Ryder and Hawkins hit the ring and started attacking the Undertaker. They set the Undertaker on a table, then put another table on top of him. Hawkins went to the top, but Undertaker got up and chokeslammed Hawkins from the top rope to a table setup outside the ring. The then chokeslammed Ryder through another table outside of the ring. While this was happening, Edge made his way back up into the ring and hit a spear on the Undertaker, knocking him out of the ring.
Edge setup two more tables on top of each other and then started climbing the ladder and Taker got back in the ring. He then caught Edge on top of the ladder and gave him a last ride through the two tables that Edge had just placed on top of each other. Undertaker then started climbing the ladder but La Familia hit the ring and started attacking the Undertaker. They went to hit a conchairto but missed, and Taker took them both out with chair shots.
Taker then started to climb the ladder again and got near the top when Edge got up and pushed the ladder, and the Undertaker flew over the top outside of the ring onto the tables that were setup earlier. Edge then climbed the ladder and got the belt, winning the World Heavyweight Championship again. Great match to end a strong show.
Winner and new World Heavyweight Champion: Edge
Vickie Guerrero came out as Edge left back to the ring and congratulated Edge. All the heels left together and Undertaker was shown laying on the ground. He finally was able to get back to his feet and slowly walked to the back in silence. Michael Cole said that the career of the Undertaker is dead but his legacy lives on. It's kinda reminiscent of when Steve Austin was fired a long time ago after losing the handicap match to Kane and The Undertaker, where the crowd seems to be half buying it. The Undertaker gave one last look at the crowd at the top of the ramp before heading to the back as the show came to a close.
