- A special prosecutor has been assigned to the case of David Scudder, a former Greensburg, Indiana police officer who took money from a man who posed as the "promoter" of a man who acted as WWE Superstar Stone Cold Steve Austin at a Wal-Mart store appearance back on June 21st. According to court documents, Scudder took $154 from the promoter.
