BayNews9.com based out of Tampa is reporting today that Terry Bollea(Hulk Hogan) is in court today to work out the terms for his divorce with Linda Bollea.

Linda's attorney asked Terry if he thought a $4.2 million Las Vegas condo they agreed to buy was a good deal.

"I would like everyone that's involved to understand it's a worse deal to close now and lose more money, close now, with the facts we've gotten," Terry said.

Later today, Terry Bollea's attorney will ask the judge to let him out of the deal in which they would have to close on the condo. If the judge agrees to this, the Bolleas would lose their $840,000 deposit.
