I'll be at the Ring of Honor Hammerstein Ballroom show in New York City tomorrow. It should be decent and I'll have a report when I get back. It's about a three-hour drive from the city back to Albany so I don't expect to be back up here until about 3A.M. My thoughts will likely be up on Sunday afternoon.

Apparently, WWE has plans to release a brand new DVD on the late Eddie Guerrero. Amazon.com has a listing for a future DVD release from WWE entitled Viva La Raza! the Legacy of Eddie Guerrero. The DVD is scheduled to be released on November 11, 2008, two days before the third anniversary of his death.

WWE recently released two packages featuring two old pay-per-view DVDs at K-Mart department stores; Royal Rumble 2003 & No Way Out 2003, and Backlash 2003 & Judgment Day 2003. The Rumble event featured a match between Benoit and Kurt Angle. No Way Out featured Brock Lesnar and Chris Benoit vs. Kurt Angle, Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas. Judgment Day 2003 featured Chris Benoit, Rhyno and Spanky vs. John Cena, Chuck Palumbo and Johnny Stamboli. None of the Benoit matches were omitted from the DVD release.

Raw referee Marty Elias has opened account on the WWE Fan Nation section. He posted a blog in response to several people asking him how to become a WWE referee.
