The Tampa Bay Online is reporting that a circuit judge today will decide this afternoon wither the Pinellas County sheriff can resume releasing the recordings of Nick Bollea having conversations with his family.

The conversations were highly controversial in which Hulk Hogan at one point said that John Graziano deserved his fate. The Hogan's lawyer filed a lawsuit barring the Pinellas County Sherrif's department from releasing any more tapes.
