While on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" program on Thursday morning, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon was not shy about his volatile mental state. While hyping Million Dollar Mania, Vince said, "I am totally out of my mind. I've been out of my mind for a long time." No kidding.

WWE will be touring Spain from September 24-26. There will be shows in Bilbao, Madrid, and Barcelona.

With the cancellation of WWE Heat and the news that WWE will begin taping ECW television on Monday nights before RAW in the coming months, WWE.com has started advertising joint RAW/ECW house shows house shows. ECW TV tapings in August are still listed with SmackDown!
