Shamrock Bashes Kurt Angle, Update On AJ Styles, More
Credit: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

-- Kurt Otto of the IFL MMA promotion recently ran down Kurt Angle in an interview saying that he got cold feet after sitting at ringside watching fights at an IFL show. Angle flew down to watch the show after expressing interest in signing with them for a fight. Ken Shamrock was at the show and said that he was the guy Angle was supposed to fight. Shamrock said, “He got scared and wanted to go back into pro wrestling. That’s okay, Kurt, I still respect you for what you did in the Olympics, but this is MMA. You don’t come in here, say you’re gonna do something, and then you don’t.

-- TNA agent Terry Taylor recently underwent double knee replacements from all the knee damage that occurred during his career. He’d had bad knees for decades.

-- According to reports, the only successful TNA show from their Canadian tour was the 12/30 show in Oshawa, which is 30 minutes outside of Toronto. Earl Hebner got a lot of heat from the crowd. The 15 minute AJ Styles/Tomko vs. LAX match was said to be incredible.

-- Jeremy Borash and Christian are talking about getting the gears in motion for a TNA PPV out of either Oshawa or Toronto.
