» Brutus Magnus (Nick Aldis/Oblivion from the UK Gladiators) is being hyped on TV because they want to have a British star to promote for the upcoming UK tour. The company chose him because he had some mainstream appeal due to the UK Gladiators show.

» NWA World Champion Blue Demon Jr. has publicly stated that any CMLL talent that is holding the NWA Light Heavyweight, NWA Middleweight and NWA Welterweight titles are not the real champions because the NWA doesn't recognize them as such. NWA Mexico has never went after CMLL for using the titles because they haven't ran in Mexico or had any sort of real presence there. But things have changed, the NWA will be running there, and they want the titles back because they plan on using them.

» Two young high flyers Rey Cometa and Pegasso have left AAA, and are said to have tryouts at Arena Mexico sometime in January.
