DEA agents have raided the office of Dr. Phil Astin for a third time according to Fox 5 in Atlanta. Agents are investigating Astin for allegedly prescribing excessive amounts of steroids and other controlled substances to Chris Benoit and others. Astin has already been indicted on seven counts unrelated to the Benoit case, but more charges may be forthcoming associated with Benoit as well as Johnny Grunge. Grunge was also a patient of Astin and is said to have received a prescription for 120 soma tablets the day before his death. An empty bottle of somas was found near Grunge's body.
RAW wound up with a final 3.4 rating, well below the recent average.
Larry King Live with everyone on last night did a .8, also down from the norm.
Bruno Sammartino, Marc Mero, and Superstar Billy Graham (with his wife Valerie) will be the guests tonight on Scarborough Country on MSNBC. The show has been hosted recently by Dan Abrams and airs tonight on MSNBC at 9pm ET.
