The following superstars have switched brands on this week's edition of Raw:

Evan Bourne traded to Raw from ECW.
Jack Swagger traded to Raw from ECW.
Mark Henry traded to Raw from ECW.

I have also heard of at least three other names that are being drafted. Stay tuned for more.
